Step-Up to Leading Others Gets Rave Reviews

We recently completed a Step-Up to Leading Others program in Central Oregon, and we couldn't be prouder of the exceptional work done by both facilitators and participants. 100% of the July participants gave our facilitator an "Excellent" rating, and 100% said they will recommend the program to others.

Step-Up is designed to give new supervisors or frontline leaders the skills they need to improve performance while they keep their direct reports motivated and engaged.
